PEI Intensity Ringette
Originally founded to offer a healthier youth sports experience, PEI Intensity focused on personal development over pressure, helping young athletes build confidence, resilience, and trust in their own abilities. That philosophy guided every program we delivered.
Over the years, PEI Intensity proudly offered a variety of programs, including Skills Improvement initiatives and three competitive travel teams that represented PEI at tournaments across Eastern Canada. Each program was rooted in our commitment to positive development, strong fundamentals, and a supportive team culture.
In 2026, PEI Intensity Ringette expanded its programming by providing opportunities for athletes at multiple stages of development. We were excited to once again offer our Springette Program for U10 and U12 athletes, designed to build skills, confidence, and a love for the game in a fun and encouraging environment. In addition, PEI Intensity fielded a U16 travel team that represented PEI at the Capital Ringette Classic in Ottawa, providing older athletes with a competitive and growth-focused travel experience.
Throughout the year, PEI Intensity remained committed to creating positive, inclusive, and empowering ringette experiences for athletes across Prince Edward Island. We are proud of the impact these programs had on our athletes and look forward to continuing to support youth development through sport.

Program Overview
Get ready for the upcoming ringette season with the PEI Intensity Pre-Season Skills Camp! This 5-session development program is designed for U16 athletes who are looking to build confidence, sharpen their skills, and hit the ice ready for the season.
Each session focuses on skating, passing, ring control, game awareness, and other fundamental skills in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment.
Basic skating skills are required.

With limited registration, athletes will benefit from personalized coaching, individual feedback, and plenty of opportunities to develop their skills in a focused learning environment.
This program is ideal for athletes who already have solid skating abilities and are looking to further develop their game before the regular season begins.
Program Fee: $100
Registration: The full $100 program fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.
